Broadband is persistently 23 Mb/s per day. I have Superfast 35. I need a booster I think. The bot on sky is useless!! Does anyone have an email address for queries?

23Mbs at the Hub is entirely plausible on 'Superfast 35' (because FTTC is always an 'up to' product), and Sky won't loan a wireless booster above 3Mbs.
If you post your Hub stats, we'll have some information about your particular phone line and internet connection to work with.
Note that it's speed arriving at the Hub which counts against the minimum speed guarantee, not speed test website results on a wireless device.
Sky support don't accept contact by email.
