Hello Sky community. I'm a recent (new) broadband customer and I'm unable to access the age restriction options within Broadband Shield... it is permanently activated with no option to choose PG, 13 or 18 ranges. I have signed into My Sky via browser and the App, neither of which provide access to the options. I have no "outstanding orders".
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thank you for the reply. When I open the Broadband Shield settings page there are no age restriction options to select from. It simply states that the Shield is "always active".
The option to disable the Shield at "certain times of day" is visible but greyed out and not selectable.
