Anyone know how to turn off broadband sheild on sky max ?

I am also having this same issue, i have sky max and everytime i try access the broadband shield the settings appear for a split second then i get the same error messge "we're sorry - there has been a problem. This is preventing me from access stuff on my work laptop so i need to be able to turn this off.

I'm also only able to get to a page displaying am error message 'we're sorry - there has been a problem, please try again', with an option to click 'please try again' that simply refreshes the page, briefly showing the shield page for a second before bringing up the same error message. Any known fixes for this?

Yeah only way to fix if to get support to turn off the shield for you, just call them up and explain.
