Hub is on, lights green but no internet

Every day, at least twice a day, all devices in the house lose internet connection. The hub is showing all green (apart from phone as we don't have one plugged in) but there's no internet. I'm having to unplug and replug the power and then all works again for a few hours. No issues according to the sky app. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas? Been happening now for just over a week. Thanks!

@BeZ0 Would be good to have more details of system speed/ router etc, but on your next event could you just try to remove the ethernet cable to the ont if that is what your system is, then plug back in and see if your broadband reconnects, without powering it off.
