Broadband Shield - error

i keep getting this error when trying to go into and set up bradband shield

@Jonno14  You might have to give Sky a call to see if they can get to the bottom of this issue with broadband sheild and change the settings for you.

 

Just dial 150 on your landline and stay on the line through the voice prompts.

@Jonno14 we are getting a lot of similar reports recently Ithink  you need Sky's help to resolve it so I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
