i keep getting this error when trying to go into and set up bradband shield

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Jonno14 You might have to give Sky a call to see if they can get to the bottom of this issue with broadband sheild and change the settings for you.
Just dial 150 on your landline and stay on the line through the voice prompts.
