Re: Can't get broadband connected cables don't fit
The ethernet cable suggests you are getting full fibre fttp and will connect from lan port 4 on a sky broadband hub to port 1 on a fibre optic modem
Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21
If I get it right mark as answered

That suggests it's a Virgin Media coaxial cable socket*, which cannot be used for Sky or any ISP other than Virgin.
Or it's an aerial socket....
*or one of the other cable companies which merged into Virgin

That suggests theres an intention to provision the address on FTTP, which may well not be in place yet.
Putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which provisioning type is applicable.

It's the table and the two text lines below it which are most useful.
Remove any personal information (such as the address itself) if you post an image.
