When trying to access Broadband Shield while logged in with my SkyID, I get the following error:
This occurs when using either the Mobile App or from a browser. Is there a way to get this resolved?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@mdutfield Give Sky a quick call and see if they are able to access this for you. If they are unable to get in then they will have to escalate it higher up to see what is happening and resolve this for you.
