Hi

I'm on the social tarrif (which I qualify for), I received a letter  from Sky Broadband Sale, today January 11 '25, saying I can upgrade to full fibre (fibre nodes have been installed 2 yards away early last year). There is no name or department, no Sky address or other regular company identifying information except a url.  This  letter (pics attached) is dated 7th December 2025.

Can I upgrade from superfast 35 without exra charges or do I ignore further letters (just report them)?

Thanks

@FrancescaPayge7  It's not a scammer as using snail mail and addressing you by name isn't a scammers normal method of communication.

The link in the letter is also Sky's own domain.

What makes you think it's a scam?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@FrancescaPayge7 the Social Tariff help page https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-social-tariff mentions you can have Sky Full Fibre 75 on that tariff. Sky are encouraging customers whose roads have been upgraded to switch to full fibre as in the long term it is cheaper to operate as it is more reliable so costs less to support.

Certainly worth asking Sky thecquestion..
