@Michaela1091  Is this the price they have sent to you in an email or is this a price over the phone?

Your length of tenure as a Sky customer makes very little difference to renewal prices. You need to call Sky if you haven't already and try and negotiate a better discount. Be aware Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount, in fact recent posts on here indicate that significant discounts are much harder to come by. If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.

Re: Broadband Renewal

I have shopped around and for the same I have with Sky, I have had offers ranging from £25 to £33 a month. The price Sky is offering is absolutely ridiculous, so I think its time to leave.

What you're seeing are new customers deals. You're not a new Sky customer. Most, if not all providers do this now. From recent posts on here it does seem that decent deals are increasingly hard to find. If you choose to leave the same will happen at the end of your discounted deal with whoever you go with. Once you've been away for 18 months you'll be able to rejoin Sky and benefit from new customer discounts.
