Slow WiFi and no help

I have been having wifi issues since joining. It is either really slow or keeps dropping connection. I called sky and was told there was an issue with my broadband device and needed to come online and report it to an engineer. Online it says my wifi and broadband is good however I can tell you it's not. On top of that there is no one I can contact to resolve this and actually speak to someone

@NT92  Where it says your broadband is good can you click on broadband to run a further test, as the information saying it is good is historical data.
