The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker


If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Unfortunately the diagnostics are down too - when you click test my broadband (it's saying green no problems) it then can't complete the checks and they are unavailable so no way to report the fault. 40min+ queue on the phone.

We have tried all the normal stuff and considering new people are currently adding posts every second and updating old posts, this suggests it's a problem with Sky. Not my set up.

My internet is not working

I would like to know what happen to the Sky Internet, it is not working since 15 mins ago. I try to reset the plug and restart, seem not function. I need help
