Find out more@cookiemonsteruk I'd be surprised if there wasn't as most network operators would have this as part of their terms with their customers (ISPs), for example National Grid and booking meter jobs with the customers Energy Supplier would be suspended during such situations which meant missed appointments wouldn't be compensated.

I have not had an outage but for the last 20 hours my internet speeds have dropped to 1/6mbps instead of normal 20 ... I feel it may be because the outage but unsure if it will be looked at as partial outage seen as i'm not in area of full internet outage?

Another thing to add is that Sky Broadband is a domestic service and no compensation would be applied for loss of earnings etc anyway.

WiFi seems to be back here in Matson Gloucester. Although my sky app is still saying "Your WiFi looks like it has a problem" and then "outage in your area"... doesn't fill me with much trust!
