I have the same. Currently have a stroppy son that can't play his game. I can't finsih my series on Netflix. Worst day for it considering rubbish weather and a Sunday. I hope it comes back on soon.. I've done all I can. Plus the app is just saying they can't do anything n when I called it said call back later 🤯

I have managed to connect through hotspot using Sky mobile on Sky Stream, not great but sort of working. I have unlimited data so I don't recommend if you have limited data plans though

SKY STAFF - Why is no one providing updates to customers about the current outage? We cannot get through to you by phone as you cut off the call
Updating your customers on what seems to be a large outage is just the very basics of customer service....

I cant even get through on the phone, it just says their aware, working on it, and as their busy to try calling later, no option to even wajt in a queue so just sat here waiting. Cant even test on the app as it just errors

I'm also in Derby! Mine is more worse, the sky hub max don't even have an6 indication lights to display or show me what is the status going on! And I did the same switch off the power source for an hour! It doesn't help. I try to contact 0333 759 0813, and the line robot said they are busy.....what I can do....any suggestions please

We're in the same boat with the WiFi max router. Also connected recently to full fibre. What a waste of time.
This ain't the first time we've had issues with this router, in the summer we were down for a WEEK and every time I called I got told it was a 'software issue'. Let's hope it doesn't take as long to fix this time.........
How are we supposed to report the issue though if I'm calling and they are cutting me off after 40 minutes on hold?!

I had the same issue. I plugged in my old black box and now have internet so if any of you have your old one lying around, give that a go. Good luck.

Oops typo^
Even if we are not asking for compensation,
no one should pay for these down time.
Especially when services provided are unprofessional and responses are this slow.

Red light and tried turning on & off now green pulsing light...waiting 40 mins on the phone to get cut off as sky are 'busy' helping others!! I'm in Stanton, burton. Iv seen people with an issue in derby anyone else in Stanton area affected?

Good luck with that, I'm still waiting for something from the week I was down in the summer. All they offered at the time was a £10 Tesco voucher... which I couldn't access because I'd used all my mobile data because the broadband was down so long..!!!
