Down in DE14. Service checker doesn't work and phone lines cut you off after a while. Absolutely ridiculous. Should be a message on their sites to confirm known issue is atleast being looked into with a timeframe of when it will be back. Everything is connected to WiFi these days.

Im having the exact same issue.. the app tells me theres an issue and asks me to test my connection and then when i try, it errors and tells me to try later. When i try and call, it says theres known issues and there busy so, call again later and hangs up - what are you meant to do? Beyond fraustrating when you pay for a service to have zero answers when things go wrong

My broadband hub is flashing green, already tried resetting it but no luck

Sky broadband has been down since around 3 am this morning. Checked all vires ect. All is fine with our equipment. Hub is showing pulsating green light, and the service checker on my sky app says it can't run a test right now ( yes I got my mobile data turned on) any info would be much appreciated. Thank you

If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Same issue. Derby area. No connection to LOS and router flashing green. Not able to contact sky by phone as it just disconnects after acknowlging the problem. But when I do Internet test, it says everything is fine in the area. Clearly not! Not impressed by the service.

My sky internet is not working since last night your BOT is useless and the hotline drops the call after 40 mins saying the lines are busy when is this internet issue getting sorted , i cannot either vinnect to my tv or nothing is working the loght keeps on blinking green or turns red

As far as I can remember you have at least 14 days too cancel or it may be 30
