Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Mikeaki Posting for Sky to sort it put won't have any effect, no one from Sky would know who you are from your forum account. have you called Sky regarding this?
First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Any updates from Sky themselves with regards to so many of us with the flashing green light on the hub? Had a few problems in the last month of being with them, granted they were self resolved. Never had such troubles with BT. What's happening?

Thank you for bringing this problem to our attention.
We're really sorry about this problem. Our support teams have advised us that the issue is resolved. If you still have trouble, can you please power off your hub and back on again. If you still encounter problems, can you create a new post, as your problem isn't linked to this issue. I've closed this thread and will mark this post as the answer.
