Hii write becouse my internet nit working why

Woke up to no internet in the house. Initially the max hub was slow flashing green for hours, turned it off for a while and eventually got a steady white light, but still don't have WiFi. Tried all the checks in the my sky app which are totally useless.
What do I do to get the internet I'm paying for? Fed up with these useless companies taking money and barely providing a service, but always putting the prices up....

Very disappointed with sky, what information I could find made out it was my equipment at fault. So unplugged and reset everything.. Now found out it was their end😡

My router is showing a solid white light but there is no Internet connection on the wifi.

Ours in TQ3 is back to normal.

My heating system is connected by ethernet to the router and is working. It must be something related to the wifi.

Finally came back on and everything connected after rebooting router. Hope I haven't jinxed anything by saying that. 🤞

I'm still waiting for a call back since earlier today.
no wifi to any devices since last night and was told at least a thousand others have called today with the same issue.

Had my new Sky broadband fired only yesterday. Was working great until today. Green flashing light. Reboot not working. Not a great start Sky sort it out please.

First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
