Broadband Issues

 I have been a Sky customer for some time. I have just taken delivery & installed a replacement router. I was advised that a new router was required following connection problems with the old one. 

Unfortunately, the connection does seem a little slow (at times). I also have an extender in an outbuilding. This extender, together with the original router always performed well until recently. This stopped working all together and I was advised that the new router would rectify the issue. It has not. The Extender can be connected to, but there is no internet. Can you please advise a.s.a.p..

Which Sky hub & extender do you have? Its likely you have incompatible models.
