Broadband Issues

Hi all can anyone make any suggestions how to fix a broadband box that has a constantly flashing orange light for internet. It'll go green for brief periods of time but then cut back out again

Sounds like an external fault .  If you have a black sky hub could you post your router stats

First run a service check on the my sky  app  under the broadband section, also try unplugging  the  hub  for a few minutes  and  see if  that  reset  it but you may have a  fault  on your  phone  line
