Hi
My broadband was due to be installed today. I had already been advised of a delay as openreach need to carry out cabling work to the property.
I was told I would be updated today and the update today was that I will be given another update next week.
I've tried calling, with no luck, to see if anyone can provide an update as to when open reach will complete the necessary cabling work.
The problem I will have is that the contract with my current provider (Virgin) ends next week and the broadband service from them will be disconnected.
We can't be without broadband for working purposes.
Does anyone have any suggestions please?
