Broadband Hub Delivery.

I am due to activate on Monday (19th).  The online app and call centre tell me the hub is awaiting despatch.

 

I have nothing to indicate when it will be despatched and it is now Thursday (15th).  

 

Is delivery normally left this late ?

I would have thought that it would be showing by now on your my sky app-> my orders and locate tracking number. It is sent to you to be there the day before activation so should be with you by saturday or maybe momday.
