Broadband Dropping

Hi, please can I get a check against my Broadband.  We have just replaced the router to what I expected to be a more advanced service and connection.  Before we changed there were no issues however since the new one has been installed, the connection is dropping multiple times an hour.  This is becoming a significant issue when I am working from home.  The online health checks suggest no problems but it is still happening.  Please help!
