Broadband Dropping Out

Broadband was dropping out constantly and reconnecting a few weeks ago. We had an engineer to check and he couldn't find any issues.

I switched the Sky Stream box that is plugged into the router for another in the house and the problem went away. 
Believing the issue must have been external at the exchange I switched the Stream boxes back and the problem has come back.

How do I get a replacement Stream Box and Router to ensure the two potential issues are removed ?

@Midfield-General Why do you think you have a Hub problem, when the stream box fixed, you switched it back problem re-appeared, switch it back again and see if it disappear's again, then all points to the stream box issue, but only on the Ethernet side cable wise!
