Can’t connect on sky q to internet

Have been trying to connect for last 24 hours and it wont connect to broadband

Is your broadband working so are other devices like your mobiles connected and you access access the internet on them ?

Yes all other items we have can connect. It always drops out on the Sky Q and mini and always says looks like you don't have internet

@Aallen1 what colour Sky hub do you have? If it is a white hub then only the main Q box can be connected to the router by wifi the Q mini box can only connect to the main Q box's hot spot. If your main Q box is out of range of the hub thst would explain the issue. However in any case call Sky as they should send out an engineer or send boosters to sort the connection of ghe Q boxes.

Yeah white hub they upgraded us to it an it's always caused problems since!!
