Hey,
Over the last few weeks. Our broadband has stopped working around midnight (sporadically)
I am unsure how we resolve this. I have run through all of the usual checks (wires/resets/off and on again etc)
The MySky app shows there are no issues and everything looks ok
The lights on the front of the Router is mostly green - there is a steady amber light on the 'Internet' section which is what I'm determining is the issue
How do I go about solving this? / fixing so no more future issues
I am a SkyGlass customer (with an extra 'pod' in the main bedroom)

All tests say fine, not far from Maidstone. Very frustrating, good job the product is cheap and reliable 🙄

I'm in Kent too. All checks done, with no issues found in tests but no internet connection.
