I work Nights and my internet has been down since 12.20am... thank god for mobile hotspots
still down now!!!!

and again when i do checks all saying fine but clearly ISNT
yellow light on sky broandband box then an orange and another yellow where should all be yellow

Same in Manchester it suddenly went out doesn't even show up on wifi and app says everything is okay. Anyone found a solution? Is there somewhere I can call?

Same here, I am in Kings Hill and the dreaded yellow middle light on the router is on.

Same here in Worcester, was working one second and now orange light on box and showing as can't detect your hub but go on all sites to check coverage and says it's fine. Doesn't help I work from home and don't get much mobile data coverage here!! Let me know if you find a fix, I've been up the last hour trying to fix it as this happens around 3am every week now but normally fixes itself quicker!

My Internet down yet all sky tools say okay? No messages from sky about issues. Cannot contact either. The chat bot is useless.

Mines back up and running at last. Hope everyone else's issues are fixed soon ! Come on sky, pull your finger out!! For such a big company, service is shocking!!

Yes mine came up. Annoying that the app does not register the issue live. Always seems to register signal issues a day late! Also hard to contact direct to see if there is outage issue.
Also interesting when check connections through sky app it does not show up.

Mine was fixed. Apparently a new IP had been pushed to my router, but all my devices, like the router etc hadn't pushed it to the sky box etc.

Thanks for letting us know there are some areas where the broadband issue has been resolved. For customers in West Malling, engineers are waiting for replacement equipment to complete the work which should be resolved this morning.
