Broadband Delivery nicked

Royal mail delivered my broadband full fibre 500 earlier than it said it'd be, alothough I changed the delivery date. So when it was delivered I was 5 mins away from my house, someone else signed the delivery and took it. I did reported Sky helpline about it on call but it's been two days and no updates.

@LeoHtun  Royal Mail would have delivered the hub to connect to your broadband service, they most certainly won't have delivered your broadband service as that just isn't in their remit

 

You'll need to call Sky for any updates to the hub delivery.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
