MS Teams dropping

My wife works for a major High Street Bank and works from home 3 days a week. We have been sky customers for many years and moved to sky broadband a few years ago. I also work remotely as a consultant.

 

Recently her MS teams has started dropping; losing audio and/or video sporadically. Her helpdesk has provided a new laptop but issues are ongoing. Sky heldesk did not want to know, saying that their broadband is working to the house and it was a VPN issue? 

 

Surely there is more that can be done?

@MartinWilliams1  Whilst working from home is allowed Sky can only provide so much support.   If MS Teams is dropping it suggests congested/poor wifi in that part of the home, have you tried using ethernet as that would be more reliable?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
