Broadband DC-ed

If I am in the middle of doing something and the broadband goes down do Sky reimburse?

I was in the middle of completing a task and lost all connection - probably cost me about 2 hours worth of work.

@ryanstua77  You won't get any compensation for short outages, auto compensation only kicks in if an outage isn't fixed 2 working days after being reported.

No company compensates for time lost on tasks.

If it's business related and you need  a guaranteed connection with backup over 4G then your using the wrong service.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
