Broadband Boost Hub continuously drops out

Hi, Title says it all really. At least twice a day I'll go upstairs in the house and notice that the WiFi is gone in my device. I'll then check the booster hub and the middle light has gone out. I restart and it goes back to normal but can't keep doing this. Anyone had/having a similar issue that they have been able to resolve? Thanks

Hi. Followed the steps advised (reset router and rebooted router) but to be honest it has actually made the situation worse.

 

Getting an error message now saying 'couldn't get IP address' - so currently using 4G to type this.
