Issue with account set up

I've recently had to set up a new account for flat as old account holder moved out.

 

I did this online today and confirmed an installation date for two weeks time. Now when I log in I have no record of this order or a record of any products ordered? However I have  an email confirming this.

 

anyone know if this has gone through ?

So you placed a new order for Sky broadband under your own name, if so are you logged into your own account that you have setup for this ?
