Broadband 500

I have just upgraded to the 500 speed of broadband, but most of the time only get 80. it says online I should have the max hub router but have still only got the standard router. I contacted sky because I thought the router I had was not working very well as it is over five years old but the replacement they are sending me is still the 4.2 standard hub. Should I not have the max hub as it says on the information

@miken71 No, you had the standard SR203 before and you get to keep and use, replacement will be the SR203 again as you think it is faulty, but has been a few post's now with exact as you have posted stuck on 80Mb/s, cannot say if it is a profile issue, a hardware issue, a cable issue etc as no one has replied to either or if fixed and gone now!
