Getting Fibre to the house

Was hoping to go live with Fibre broadband today. Openreach engineer turned up and turns out that we don't have a connection to the house from the junction box for Fibre. Looks like Openreach will have to dig up part of the driveway to get to the house. Anyone know how long Openreach will take to getting round to doing this please? Engineer didn't know but said it shouldn't be too long. (how long is  a piece of string) Thanks in advance.

If its the drive way then maybe 2 weeks if they need to dig the pavement then maybe 5 weeks pending local authority approval
