Broadand / Internet keep disconnecting

Hello, So the past several days me and my family have been having an issue where the Internet and Voice lights on our hub continuously turns off, with the Voice light sitting at an Amber while the Internet light turns itself off for a few seconds before blinking Amber and reconnecting itself... This happens appromixemtly every 30 or so minutes, sometimes even more. I have been on the Sky application on my phone, using the "check my connection" and getting the result of "There is a problem with your Sky Broadband, lets take a look" Then when checking the Broadband and scroll down to see my stats, there are no outages in my area, But I have an "Error on my line" AND an unstable connection... When pressing Lets fix the Broadband issue; I get a responce of No known isues in your area, My hub is connected... I have no idea what is happening nor do I know how to even start with resolving this issue

@JackBailey  Looks like you post has been escalated by Sky. Does the broadband test at anytime give you an option to book an engineer?

We have started getting drops and reconnects since we renewed with sky. We havent changed any configuration on router or devices since then that I'm aware of. Connections show a no internet or similar (depends on device) and is worse for those connected via WIFI. Router often needs restarting. Suggests either an issue with the router or with something upstream. 

We have the basic FTTC connection around the 54mb/s mark sky cant offer anything faster.

 

If any one can suggest how I get this repeated issue looked at / fixed that would be a great help. Connecting sky is often a wasteof time unless its billing / renewals

Hello, as my posts states above the tests come back as fine, but easier today the tests gave me an option to book an engineer which I have done. But weirdly testing now a few minutes after my Internet had dropped again, the test came back fine again. This is very confusing, but hopefully the engineer can help..
