Broad band internet issues

Hi , 

I am having constyisdirs with my internet, cuts off , issues I have already had an engineer out ant fixed an outside cable but I still experiencing issues every day, mainly every evening at around 9.30-10pm no tv, internet and this is extremely frustrating and unsafe as I have to recon the internet for my hearing aids else I can not hear anything or have alarms going to give me a quality of daily life. 
technology is amazing until things go wrong, being classed as disabled is one thing that I'm having to deal with but no in unsafe in my own home as can't hear anything is beyond coping with.
