Can't connect to internet

sky broadband access point temporarily full what does this mean l? I can't connect my daughters tablet as it keeps saying this even though only have 5 devices connected

@MrsLh reboot the hub and tge tablet as it is a false error message the limit on devices is over 200 on all current sky equipment.
