Is there any sky B-road band connection issues in Portsmouth, specifically the Gun Wharf area?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@MoIslam run the connection test in the My Sky app to see if there are known issues affecting your line. However the recent flooding which I believe affected Gunwharf key is very likely to have caused issues. Seawater, copper cables and high frequency electrical signals dont mix that well. Full fibre connections should not have been affected
If the app does not report a known issue and your line is down or misbehaving this morning call Sky and report tge fault.
