Briadband
Broad isn't working LOS light is red on open reach and light on sky hub are orange

@Sunita1 thecred LOS light means there is no optical signal being received by the ONT. Quickly check the green fibre connector under the ONT has not come loose. If it hasn't and the service checker in the My Sky app is not telling you Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line call Sky and report the fault which requires action by the netwirk operator.
