Braodband upgrade

I've been trying to upgrade my broadband but everything I try to get an installation date it pops up that there has been a problem and to try again. 

Anyone else had this problem?

Your only option it to call Sky to get this order placed.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
