Bradband speed

Hi .When checking the broad band speed it varies it from 42 To 70 MBPB this is not satisfactory.

This should be 150 BD PS .

This causing me problems .

Before my Upgrade i hade no problems .

My readings through the Witch Site is lower than yours .

please correct .
