You may have to seperate wifi bands in order to allocate bosch to the 2.4ghz wifi band
- Log onto router and go to wifi
- Go to 5ghz band and untick synchronise 2.4ghz and 5ghz
- Go to 5ghz ssid and add -5g at the end
- Save
- Go to individual devices and assign wifi band accordingly

Has it worked before?
According to their own website something called bosch easycontrol requires ethernet connection
"For now, the installation of the EasyControl requires a wired connection to the boiler."

If its connecting via mobile data then this would suggest broadband shield is blocking it . But this should not be an issue connecting from within you home network.
Go to my sky app broadband/talk settings "broadband shield" and disable
Also have there been any outages that may have changed settings.? Ensure the wifi bands are split and have different names and the mobile device is connected to the unchanged ssid.
Finally try factory resetting the router via the reset button on the back of the router

BEWARE EasyControl and changing Wi-Fi router
Worcester Bosch EasyControl and the latest Sky router (model SR203) don't want to talk to each other and that's still the case after loads of reset/restarts and several hours on the phone to both Bosch and Sky. Thought it was just a case of entering the new router password and all would be ok, afraid not. Phoned the Bosch help line and the guy tried all ways to get it to work, finally advising that it was likely due to the dual band on the router (2.4 and 5 GHz) as the EasyControl can only handle 2.4 GHz. His advice then was to contact Sky and ask them to split the bands. Admittedly Sky seemed to know about this but despite them trying all ways to do this it wouldn't allow me to rename the bands. I did try on my desktop this evening and renamed the 5 GHz band but it still doesn't connect. Oddly the Wi-Fi name does appear 4 times in the EasyControl list but no matter which I select it doesn't connect. Am considering dumping EasyControl for a non Wi-Fi dependant controller as without Wi-Fi I have to override the boiler manually. If I make any progress I'll provide an update.
