Boradband speed

Over the last few months our interest connection as dropped in speed and efficiency. Running tests shows it looks good but it definitely isn't the same.

@StephV  When you run the broadband test it will tell you the speed that you are supposed to be getting and also a minimum. From what you are saying iis it meeting either of these or none of them at all?

@StephV  Are you getting your minimum speed or not? If you are not then Sky should be doing something, but if you are above that minimum then if the connection is dropping what happens when it does this?
