Our broad band seems so slow it’s almost not usable. And the phone connection is useless

When using the internet we have to trade it in turns to go on Kline as if more than 1 person is using it to stops and the page just spins never opening 

the phone nobody can connect to the phone we can ring out and basically it's impossible to hold a phone conversation this is on more than 1 device
