Boradband activation - why is it not working yet?

Hello. I need help, please. I was told my internet would be active today and it's not. I really need internet now. Thanks for your help.

If activation is today then it can take up to 23:59 tonight

@IntOxIf you broadband activation day is today it can take up to midnight for the service to become active. If it does not then get back to us and we can escalate to Sky on a failed activation.

Hi @IntOx 

What does it say in the order tracking on the My Sky app? Activation can take up until late at night even if you get a confirmation text before that.

Activation was supposed to be yesterday. And I waited until 8am this morning to try it out, and nothing. Thank you.

I don't have the app, but the website leads to error. So I can't track the order.

Yes, it is. Apparently, website says activation has been delayed for a day. Sigh. Thanks everyone. I guess nothing to do but wait another day.

Probably based on Openreach availability.  You should receive a small amount of compensation.
