I am a new customer and have recently opted into Sky Broadband. I am in a brand new home, with the sky box in the room directly below me and I still struggle with wifi strength for work. I opted for a more powerful Sky broadband package for this reason, but still have the issues. I have a modest sized house and garden, and having installed cameras in my garden, the wifi is not even strong enough to reach the device. I have tested my wifi and broadband strength on your webiste which is stating no issues - please can you advise on how to improve this because it is clearly impossible to speak to anyone over the phone.
