Booster stopped working 2 days ago

Hi, I have a booster on the first floor in my house and in the last two days my signal in the office is low and patchy. Booster is the honeycombe shape plug. How should I re-activate my booster?

Hi, when it was connecting at the beginning there was little blue-ish light on it but it wasn't there for weeks now.

@MalwinaN Was trying to establish that when you switch it on do you get a light off any sort, the unit may just be faulty and not working!
