I’m setting up my sky max hub, I’ve ensured everything is connected correctly however it’s been 15/20 minutes and the light is still flashing green twice then red

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Livburtonn has your connection definitely active? If its a new connection the hub wont connect until that work is complete which can be any time on the day given. However if the hub is a straight swap with another Sky hub which still connects then check the new hub is connected in the same way as before if it doesnt connect after an hour give Sky a call. Hiya, yeah I've had a message saying I'm up and running and I've endured it's all connected properly but it's still not working, just continually flashing green then red this has been for around an hour now.
what number should I give a call to? I can't find one online and the virtual assistant isn't helping.
