Booster not arrived
I was told to upgrade to max to get WiFi booster, because the signal doesn't reach my hole house, which I did and was told that my speed would double to, my internet drops in and out regularly and the speed also drops very low. Not sure if I have the right router for max. I have a 1 tb one and apparently my speed should be higher than that anyway.
I was told that a booster would be sent but hasn't. So I'm a bit disappointed with my new fall fibre service from you. I change from virgin as your offers and speeds looked ace on paper. I am a diamond member and have also just got sky glass. Please help and sort these issues.
thanks for your help in advance

If you've signed up for the Sky Max WiFi add-on you do have to request explicitly the first pod extender, it isn't automatically sent out. The second and third if needed will be delivered by an engineer who will decide the best location for you.

Re: Booster not arrived
I'm I was told to upgrade to max as my coverage wasn't covering the house and they would send a booster. So at the moment I'm paying for max for nothing, no booster and intermittent internet and unstable speeds. I didn't upgrade for speed as it was fast enough before, just coverage around the house.

Re: Booster not arrived
The first booster pod is not sent out automatically: it has to be claimed once the WiFi Max subscription supplement is on the account.
