Boardband return

Hi, its saying that i need to contact you with returning my equipment? I sent it back months ago? Im still a tv customer, also im struggling to get sky sports on my phone, it seems to work on my tv, do i need to add sky go? Many thanks

@Jonny9  Did you keep hold of the evidence that you posted back the equipment that the Post office give you?
