My sky box says it can’t connect to the internet

I've just set up my internet and my phone has no problem connecting to it but my sky box seem to says it can't connect and there's an issue with my internet. I've gone in the app and the app says there's something wrong with the internet too. Im not one to complain but I've waited nearly a month to get my internet box and I can't use my sky box without internet.

@Katiesinead which Sky box are you trying to connect out of Sky+HD, Sky Q main box, Sky Q mini or Sky Stream puck?. Can you also confirm you are using Sky Broadband?. Sorry for the questions but there are different answers to each option.

I have a sky stream puck and I yes I have sky broadband. I have tried plugging the puck into the broadband box but still says it can't connect as there's internet issues

Yes my phone works perfectly but I haven't tried any other devices just yet.

I would post in the Sky Stream board then and ask why its just your puck not connecting
